Had the app installed on my Pixel 8 for a long time, and not changed username/password. Can login to dashboard on web browser, but no matter how many times I try to login with the app, it won't accept my (checked) details. App version 2.0.1, last update 11 Nov 2025. I recently switched from an unlimited plan to 100gb and it was due to go out of my bank today 15/10 yet it hasn't gone out and it says cant retrieve login details on the app and on the website it says my plan has been paused and that I've activated a new sim do I want to port my number over. I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out.
