Unable to login to Android app
Had the app installed on my Pixel 8 for a long time, and not changed username/password. Can login to dashboard on web browser, but no matter how many times I try to login with the app, it won't accept my (checked) details. App version 2.0.1, last update 11 Nov 2025. Has anyone else found the same recently? Or is it just me?

I recently switched from an unlimited plan to 100gb and it was due to go out of my bank today 15/10 yet it hasn't gone out and it says cant retrieve login details on the app and on the website it says my plan has been paused and that I've activated a new sim do I want to port my number over. I havent changed sims I've just changed plans. Can someone explain and help me as this is stressing me out. My phone still works and im still connected to the smarty network.

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.
