@martina_1292910 No it won't, you would need to add some additional credit to your Smarty account, but it's very expensive to use Smarty over there - see this page.
If your phone supports eSIM you could use a provider like Airalo (their app can be downloaded from the app store). They only provide data, but with that data you could make calls using WhatsApp or Facetime, etc.

@martina_1292910 Absolutely NOT. Your sim will allow you to roam, but you will need to pay for all usage.
