When using WiFi in my house (virgin) my WiFi is incredibly slow compared to other family users. I’m the only family member with a smarty sim? Previously using an I phone 11 pro and now using a new I phone 16 pro and still very slow to the point I’m thinking of cancelling my smarty sim and trying another provider.

@stevenm_2181180 When you are using wifi, it is nothing to do with the Smarty sim. Your phone would work on wifi without any sim in it at all!
If everyone is using wifi in the house at the same time, then perhaps your broadband speed is not sufficient for you to all get a good speed at the same time.

Your Virginmedia Wi-Fi has nothing to do with the smarty SIM card so moving to another cellular provider wouldn’t fix the problem.
Ensure Low data mode isn’t enabled - click on the i in the circle next to the VM SSID on the phone.
Have you tried network reset or deleting the VM WiFi connection from your phone & setting it up again?
