tried to find out how to change from data only to voice plan help section absolute rubbish. keeps telling me to contact services on webchat which i dont know how to do and cannot find anything that tells me. giving up and stopped my auto renew

@davidse_2872089 If you go to the very bottom of main web page there is 'contact us'. It will take you to https://smarty.co.uk/contact
When you went to your account dashboard to cancel the auto-renew, the 'contact us' was again at the bottom of the page.
If you go to the main web page and click on 'help' at the top right hand side, it links to..........can you guess what's coming......it's 'contact us'.
In summary, fair enough that you got frustrated, but in fairness, the link was in many places.
The only way to change from data only to voice plan is by contacting Smarty Support; this is because they have to remotely change the sim type.
