Voicemail calling me when no message
Good afternoon- my voicemail is calling me every few minutes when I have no new voicemail. It is driving me insane! Can anyone advise how to stop this?

MaryJef_2735384 You say that voicemail is calling you? Not just leaving you a notification?
My phone rings and it says it is voicemail. I then get the menu of voicemail options but there are only saved messages. No new messages.

MaryJef_2735384 I think you will need a web chat with Smarty Support to check your account and reset if necessary .
