Having exactly the same problem. Everything was fine until my plan renewed. Now I'm unable to use data, make calls or text. My wife is also on Smarty (her plan hasn't renewed yet) and she has no problems at all!

@Simon2238180 Is the plan showing as active on your a/c dashboard?
Have you contacted Support Team as suggested?
