I have done everything that i have been asked to do and my phone still doesn’t work when I’m away I need help with this asap as I travel away again this week and would like it to work in Europe while I’m away

1. Check that you have an active Smarty plan showing on your account dashboard.

2. In your phone settings, you need to change the APN to mob.asm.net - you can find the instructions here: https://smarty.co.uk/roaming-setup
