    Why would you be silly as to post your PAC and mobile number on a public forum for the whole world to see Compton7687? Anyone with that information can port your number and keep it for themselves or hold you to ransom to until you pay £££ to get it back.

    If you visit the link :  https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number you should be able to do that.

    Please be aware that it does not count weekends i.e. if you request today, it will count from Monday and you should be transferred in by Tuesday 5pm.

    One gentle reminder......this is a public forum, so probably not a good idea to put in any personal information like your mobile number and PAC.
