My SMS are not been sent / received ?
Friends are texting via SMS and they are not coming through?
imessage / Whataspp are working fine
I have done everything been suggested - any advice please

ChrisGr_2970549 Type of phone? Is text messaging definitely turned on in Settings?

It is an IPhone 16.
Checked again and everything is turned on -
ChrisGr_2970549 I think you may need a web chat with Smarty Support to get them to check everything on the account.
I'm assuming that calls are also working fine. iMessage and WhatsApp work via either data or broadband wifi - do you know if they are working when you turn wifi off?
