Very often, you can get help here or via the help pages on smarty website, unless it is a direct account query when only smarty staff can access the accounts.

this is why you can’t get anything solved by them … I’m currently pulling out my hair trying to get any sense online .

LlinosW_2853110 Acknowledging that not everybody likes the online only model, then you may indeed need to change and be prepared to pay more.
but the online webchat doesn't work 🤣 that is why people are so frustrated. It was like a loop and keep taking you back to square one.
