Phone to Work!
Hi All, this is my last ditch attempt to try and get some help!
I went live on 26th March 2026 and today’s have still not been able to get my phone to work.
I don’t understand why it doesn’t work and I haven’t got any assistance from the chat line.
I started with an e-sim moving from O2 to Smarty. It said my number transferred correctly.
e-sim wouldn’t work. I then got a physical sim in the post and they say they can’t attach it to my account as it wasn’t requested?
please, please, please help me in any way you can so I can actually use my phone again.

AndySho_4036248 When you ordered the physical sim, was it a Replacement sim or just an ordinary one? If it was the latter, then it will not work as there is already a sim associated with your account.
When you check your Account Dashboard, does it show an active sim (with your number) and also a current Smarty plan?
In your phone settings, have you checked that the esim is actually set to On?
