Sim cards

My son put the wrong SIM in our new router, could you send me out a new SIM card, it’s the Micro Sim we need.

You can order a SIM card by following this link - What to do if your SIM card gets lost or stolen | SMARTY Help Centre

All you need to do is log in through this link and it will give you the option to order a replacement SIM. You may need to enter the SIM into a mobile device to complete this process as you wont be able to by using the router.
