Roaming data
Hi
I can’t get my roaming g data to work , I’m currently in Tenetife, which is classed as Spain

Hello WendySm_2079155 . Firstly, check that you have data left on your current Smarty plan.
Secondly, did you change the phone settings as advised here?; https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/2090500-roaming-and-international
Thirdly, remember that you can only use up to 12Gb while EU Roaming unless you purchase a Data Roaming Pass - see Price Guide.
