putting my smarty sim in a spare phone
Hi there i have a smarty sim account with you currently but my phone is brocken so i have taken my sim out and want to use it in a spare phone i have been given. Can i do this ? and how can i get it ...

You should have no problem moving the sim to another phone (assuming it does actually fit i.e. both nano sim etc).
You may need to ensure that the mobile data settings are correct on the Samsung J3:

Thankyou very much so I have done what you have said and still no internet just page saying " Your connection is not private" with exclamation mark in red triangle above it
