Problem renewing manually subscription abroad
I am abroad and would like to renew my subscription, only that the app shuts down every time I click the renew button. All other functions work on the qpp. I have not tried the website to renew.

Hello GaryHin_1974056 . I do think that the best way would be to try the website.
My general impression is that it is more reliable than the app for some reason.
Don't forget that you can always set your plan to auto-renew and that would remove the issue for you.
