PAC failures!
Hi! 🙂 I've been with smarty for 10 mnths now and it appears my PAC has failed! Had this number for 15 yr across quite a few networks! Am i screwed? Will i loose this number? Smarty cant answer! Can ...
johncha_2516112 Not sure if you are trying to take your number AWAY from Smarty or bring it TO Smarty.
A PAC expires after 30 days - is that linked to the problem? If you are bringing the number into Smarty, has the old account with previous network expired and the sim been deactivated?
We need a bit more info here.
