PAC code is not showing in settings iPhone

Thanks for getting in touch.
Currently, you are only able to submit your PAC code via an internet browser. Our Mobile App does not have this feature available at the moment.
Please head to https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number, sign in and you will be able to enter your PAC/STAC code.

Still not available in the browser. Been though this with support this morning - sent screen caps of the options I see and there is no "My number" option on the member accounts in the browser window. The "owner" account has the option to enter a PAC code, but does not show the other numbers to allow me to select them. There is obviously an issue with the way some accounts have been built? I need to get the PAC code applied manually apparently! Let's hope you don't mess it up and lose the number I have had for 20 years! 🙂
