No Signal Sutton Coldfield/Minworth

We have no signal here now for three days. We have checked our phones and they are 4G. There is zero signal shown on the phone and when calling our number via the landline we get a ringing, suggesting the call is being routed to our mobiles but we get nothing. Smarty reports no issue! Help!

Also, my phone is a Nokia 8 (TA-1052) and my wifes phone is a Nokia C21 Plus.

@StuartK_2068957 Is this maybe linked to the 3G turnoff which is taking place now?

I suggest either a visit to Nokia forums/support as well as a web chat with smarty Support Team.
