I can't call out on my mobile since transferring to smarty. Can any one help?

When did you transfer to SMARTY?
If you submit your PAC on a working day (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM) for your transfer to complete by the end of the next working day. Outside of that, it might take an extra business day, or longer if it's a Bank Holiday

If you have been waiting a while...
What phone do you have?
Is it on the SMARTY 4G approved list?

Can you receive calls and send/receive texts and use your data?
Do you VoLTE/LTE enabled on your handset?
Hopefully this extra info will help in determining what is wrong but if you wish to talk ro an adviser then you can always use the on-line chat....

@Valerie_3105725 Firstly check your Account Dashboard to see that your sim is showing as active and that you have a current Smarty plan.
Next, you need to check that your phone is compatible with the smarty VoLTE protocol - as per advice from @Decembersangel .
Also worth doing a network reset on your phone to encourage it to link up to the network fully.
