My daughter can't call me goes straight to answer phone

There are a few reasons this might have happened and as MSF said coverage may affect this, I would check that you have not accidentally blocked her number, if you are still having issues our chat team is on hand to assist, https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.
PeterOc_1608301 Not much info to go on here. If you do not have reception for any reason that will happen. also, if you have inadvertently sent all calls to voicemail.
So everyone else can call me but when she does goes to answer machine straight away not blocked reset phone tried sim in another phone
PeterOc_1608301 Wonder whether it is worth removing her from your Contact list and then let her try again. You can then easily re-save her as a contact (assuming it works)
