Have entered into a contract for a social tariff, paid and SIM card not been delivered and the telephone number has not been generated.
Any other customers experience this?

@SimonAr_2850127 It is not a scam company. When did you order the sim - have you given it sufficient time, allowing for the miserable postal service we normally have?
The number won't be generated until you have activated the sim - security!
If you have been waiting some time, why not have a web chat with the Support Team? ..... but please do not start with accusations of scams.
