I need to order a new sim card
AngelaC_2133923 You have not explained clearly here. Do you want to A)replace the old sim and have the same number or B)do you want to start again with a new sim?

For B) - Start a fresh account with a new email
AngelaC_2133923 Forgot to say......can you not remove the sim from old phone and insert in new phone? Or are you saying that old phone totally physically wrecked?
