I have a mobile router leftover from a contract with three. I recently bought a pay as you go data card from SMARTY to have as a backup to my unlimited data mobile contract. However when I inserted the new sim into my router, it does not connect to the internet. Is it possible that my router is locked? And how do I unlock it?

SylwiaR_2536731 Did you check that the APN is set to mob.asm.net first?
It could be locked I suppose. In that case, you would need to approach the original suppliers or else take it to a reputable phone shop in your area and pay for it to be unlocked.
