How to contact smarty through email or phone

@Yaahreh_2667181  Unfortunately, not much point in posting your personal information here because we are not smarty employees who can investigate; we are customers like you.

Maybe worth mentioning that topping up your account is not the same as buying a Smarty plan, if that is what you were thinking would happen.

You need to web chat with Smarty Support for help.

I have been in a queue for more than three weeks, waiting for a switch from EE to Smarty to retain my old number. what should I do, please

@AShuPan_1799829  Contact Smarty Support via web chat. Before you do that, check your Account Dashboard to see if the switch has happened.

@Royknap_1469393  Contact is via web chat with Support Team. There is no phone or email help line as this keeps costs down.

How do you contact them if that link won't work? If they have people monitoring webchat then I'm sure they could answer emails too! Any ideas on how to contact?

@JulieVa_1491648  Not sure what you mean by the link not working. Can you try a different browser?

While they monitor the web chat, they do not answer instantaneously. At busy times it may take considerable time for them to respond.

The web chat starts with a chat bot and gives the option to transfer to a person if your cannot resolve the problem that way.

When you go to the help section it tells you to cluck on a green icon to go to webchat but this doesn't work 

@JulieVa_1491648 If you go to Help>Contact us, then there is a little messenger circle at the bottom right hand corner or else a rectangular clickable box under 'How to get more help'

Thank you. I've now tried that but there is nothing there that helps with my issue. It says if I'm still experiencing issues i shoukd email but i can't find a help centre email anywhere

@JulieVa_1491648 I have just been through the process to check. In initially the chat bot answered - I wrote that I wanted an agent. I was asked for my details and then put over to wait for an agent - all within a couple of minutes.
