You'll probably need someone at SMARTY to check your account @EddieKi_1951262.
Get in-touch with the support team using web chat, when you're logged-in to your SMARTY online account. The agents work 8am - 8pm daily.

As @Chalkychap says, but also it may be that the system doesn't update instantly and you may need to refresh a little later on.

Just spotted that you posted late on a Sunday evening. I suspect that may be the reason why everything has not updated.
