Has ANYBODY ever actually received a gift card?

My dad referred my mum a year ago. My mum then referred me 6 months ago. We all use smarty but none of us has ever received the promised gift cards. So I’m curious if anybody out there has ever actually had one or is it just a scam to entice you in?

@leighb3ta A scam....really? Did your father or mother follow up with Smarty Support to find out what happened? Were they refused?

You need to be sure that the correct procedure was followed. I don't understand why they waited so long without following up.

@leighb3ta  That may be in part because there are not many people on the forum.

It is a long time since I referred family member, but I am fairly sure we did get the relevant credit - it was £10 added to their account and mine.
