Download Monthly Bill
Hi, I’ve been asked by my new GP for a copy of my last bill from my telephone service provider. I can’t see any reference to this in the Smarty app or in the FAQs. Have I missed something?

As we are a pre-pay service, intended for personal use, billing is not something we would provide

Are they asking for that as a means of verifying your address?
On your account, you can only see a history of your payments here:
https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/payments
That unfortunately will not provide evidence of where you live.
Perhaps you can ask the GP if there is some other utility bill that they will accept. A landline telephone bill or elec/gas bill might do the trick, as will Council Tax bills.
