Delayings in response from chats
I'm so frustrated!! I've got a family plan with 4 sims. All 4 have shown no network connection for 3 days. No service issue reported in the area. I've tried contacting chat but messages back and forw...
SarahCum_341063 Is it possible to check at least one phone in another area? If you get service, this might show an as yet unreported mast fault.
If you get no responce, it may help to raise a complaint.
