The data only simm we have has been activated. I have fitted it into a 4G LTE Wifi modem. And it does not offer up an internet connection. I also tried the simm in my IPad and the same notice appears No internet connection. Any ideas please ?

You may need to change APN settings within the modem settings, login to modem IP address ( normally on sticker on modem)

As @Bernard_2002535 says plus check that the sim is actually showing as activated on your dashboard.
