Why after 2 months is my service now fing crappie take ages to load just a Web page keep this up smarty and I am off.

@MARTINJ_2622961 Much as I would love to offer wise words, it's not possible with such limited info.
Was the service fine at the outset? Is it just one particular web page or several different ones?
Does the Coverage Checker indicate a good signal in your postcode? Does the Network Status checker report no problems with service for your postcode? Have you tried in different places within the postcode i.e. inside and outside?
Smarty management won't necessarily read this - it's a community forum.
The good thing is that, if the service is not what you need, you are not tied into a long contract.
