Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number. There are only two ways to contact them.

I have activated my sim but i didnt give my pac number i want to keep my number what do i do?

MuniraA_1414465 You can do that within your Account Dashboard. It gives you the chance to put in the PAC from previous network: https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/phone-number
