CHEATED? BEEN PAYING , TOPPED UP AND YET NO NETWORK - URGENT - GOING ABROAD !!!!!

I need urgent urgent help. I have been paying for months but never used the phone to make calls until yesterday (I even topped up with £5.00)  yet my phone keep saying: Not registered on the Network ! SO I can neither call out or receive calls. I need to know what is SMARTY doing  as I will be travelling tomorrow.

@Leonard_2797885 What's the point of starting with accusations when you want help?

You have given very little information. When you first got the sim, did you not check that it was working? Have you looked at your account dashboard to see that the sim was activated?

Have you done a Network Status check to see if there's a local issue?

Is your phone one that will work on Smarty VoLTE now that 3G has been turned off?

Smarty is working for very many of us and so it may be down to your phone.

If you are travelling abroad tomorrow, hard to see why you did not check the phone beforehand to give yourself more time to sort out any issues.

I did not need to make calls and was using the phone very occasionally and whenever an internet conection was present.

No need for a local status check: my regular phone has a smarty sim and works

My status when I log in the smarty website reads: resets in 2dats  and £5.00 bal (which I put in yesterday) and £6.00 has been w/drawn from my credi card for months!

The phone I have this sim card (phone number ending with 694) is a Samsung Galaxy S8 and it isn t a G3 phone

 

SIM card status on the telephone reads: disconnected

 

@Leonard_2797885 If the account looks fine according to your dashboard, have you taken the sim out and put it back in again carefully to see if it has somehow lost contact?
