Hiya I've been on smarty for almost year and ABIT I have someone harrasing me I do have the police involved I just want to change my number and I don't wanna loose the deal can anyone help with this. I've tried to go on smarty support but nothing coming up I would like to talk to someone if that's possible.
I actually love being on smarty ! If it's possible.
I just want this person not to have my number anymore so it's all changed so they cannot contact me every again I've tried blocking them but that's isn't working calling me on witheld number.

@Ajay2310 You will definitely need to web chat with smarty Support in the first place as only they can arrange a number change for you.
Explain the problem carefully and then I'm sure they can help. If you have a Police crime number, that would be even better, but they will do it without that I'm sure.

Hiya your soo right they sorted it out for me no stress it just gotta take awhile but idc atleast he can't contact me anymore

I've contacted with them sorted me right out given me a new number thank you so much for your help and also the other one who mention in the post.
I don't know how long it will take but it's probably take awhile as I can't call my WiFi so hopefully
