Can't add images to my posts

So, I keep getting a messsage, when trying to add an image in a reply to a post, that I am not allowed 🤔
I had this when I 1st joined the Community (many, many years ago) but was then able to, and now again it's being restricted 
Why?? 😤 
Anyone know why this is happening??
