Calls not going out or coming in
I suddenly can't make calls or receive them. If I make a call it appears to be calling in the normal manner but there is no sound and the recipient is not getting any sound of an incoming call or even a 'Missed Call' notification.
The sound is working for all other apps which function normally so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the device. The Phone app appears to be switched on although it is greyed out on the 'App notifications' page, unlike other apps which are in full colour on that page.
Any ideas for what might be wrong? And any solutions would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem. My phone is Motorola G7 Power. It's not in the list. It should work... But it doesn't... really frusstating

Certainly some of that make are not compatible, but I'm not familiar with them generally.
