I just bought a 4G/5G router and need to activate the SIM they sent with it. I’m already a SMARTY user with an account, but I seem to be going around in circles. It doesn’t seem like you can activate a SIM card you already have. I don’t want to use a different email

@Connell_1736647 In that case, you will need to form a Group and have this new sim as a Nickname sim.

Still have to activate the card under "I have a spare card already" and to activate the card you need to put it under a new email address
