Billing issues
I've been charged twice for a add on as git text saying add on hasn't been added, so I did it again now I've been charged for both. How and who do I contact to try to get refunded. Thanks

Please contact our webchat support team and they will look into this for you: https://smarty.co.uk/contact. When you speak to our webchat team, you will first speak to a "Bot". To ensure that you are passed through to an agent, you would have to type "Talk to a person". You would then be passed through to someone who could help.
