You've answered your own query. However, it goes on to say the following:
If you don't a credit card, don't worry. Please get in touch with us via web chat where we'll just need to confirm you're over 18 through receipt of valid photo ID such as a Passport or Driving Licence.
Ive had to do this 3 times now it takes the £1 from my bank and it has never been refunded. And eventually it unlocks adult content. Then after a short while have to do it all again.not happy.🤬
DaveRay_3365826 If your money is not refunded, you should web chat with Smarty Support and raise a Complaint if there is no joy.
