5G

I recently switched from sky mobile to smarty i’m using a iphone 13 but 5G doesn’t work and i’m stuck on 4G and it is extremely slow

    Good advice from MSF below, but, asking the obvious, you have turned on 5G on your iPhone 13 ?

    Hello Al-wahi_2137029  It will depend upon whether or not 5G is available from the mast you are connecting to. This means that sometimes you may get a 5G signal, other times it may be 4G ....and sometimes you are down to 3G (but that will eventually be turned off so that 5G can be improved - apparently)
