Hi.
I am new to Smarty. My first sim was a 30 +30 Gb special offer. I was surprised to find the data running down rapidly so purchased a 3 day data pass to back it up .
My understanding was that the data pass would supplant the normal data useage for the 3 days with the normal plan continuing after that. It seems that data is still being ‘charged ‘ to the normal sim plan and the clock is running on the data pass. Have I misunderstood the use of the data pass?

I assume (always dangerous!) that you bought the data pass and not simply a top up of credit?
I would expect to be able to use unlimited data once the 3 day pass had been activated. After the 3 days, it would revert to using data from your normal plan limit.
If that isn't happening, why not web chat with Support Team for them to investigate.
