Youtube buffering

Hello i have a 5G Unlocked LTE LCD Portable Mobile Broadband Wireless WiFi Router with data only sim card in.

The signal streagth is excellent but youtube plays stops buffers then just sound.

I have youtube on the lowest video setting.

The area its in is meant to have excellent coverage as well.

Any help as to whats going wrong
