You’ve cut me off , I’ve renewed my contract please switch me back on

    Sorry to hear that you have problems.

    Your best bet is to get in touch with Support Team via web chat as they can access your account (we forum members cannot do that)

        Have you used up all the data in your plan? Check your account dashboard?

        Have you done a Network Status check for your area?
