Wrong size sim card
I have just had fitted a MIFI unit to my camper van, the router came with a smarty sim which I registered and paid for an initial contract, however when i came to fit the Sim Card to the router I find that it will only take a Nano SIM card (my bad). Is there any way i can transfer my account to the replacement Nano SIM card if I buy one, thanks for any help Colin.
Hello ColinCo_2028763 . Most SIM cards are 3 in 1 type. You should be able to push out the central portion and that is the nano sim.
If not, you need to ask for a new sim and mention that you need nano - this is now the most common type used by devices.
