Okay @Shahram_1840045, I'd try turning OFF the "Chat features" option in the Messages app on your handset.
Turning OFF "Chat features" avoids using Google to send your text message, and uses the SMARTY network instead. It appears Google are still using the SMARTY number initially allocated to your SIM card, before you transferred your number over to SMARTY.

Please can you tell me how and where you modify the chat features doing this?

MarcMea_1537669 On an iPhone, turn off iMessage and FaceTime and then log back into them again - this should force a number change.
It is also possible to check My Number - Settings>Phone>My Number and then manually change it to your imported number. (The phone basically 'remembers' the number allocated to the sim when it was inserted and you need to 'teach' it otherwise)
