Wrong number been ported
I ordered 2 new sims, one for hubby and the other for my mother in law. Somehow the PAC code used for my mother in laws has now been transferred to me, so my number no longer exists and I now have my mother in laws original mobile number. how do i rectify this???????????

The only hope you have of getting it back is to web chat with Smarty Support and carefully explain what has gone wrong.
