Worked once in France for 5 days but not when turned off and on again 😞
I’ve put in another phone and ok and changed APN to one for abroad but it won’t work in campervan HUAWEI wifi- just says no service ? I’ve paid for more data but that didn’t make any difference. Any ideas what I can do. ?

In addition to what MSF said, as you are travelling in a campervan, are you perhaps in areas of France that have weak or no mobile coverage ?
Have you travelled from a town or city to the French countryside since the router last worked ?
Have you parked up near a large metal structure, or a campsite, whsre other camper vans and caravans could be acting as a faraday cage, blocking mobile signals ?
