WiFi Calling fails June 2025

Apple has just released carrier profile 64.2 which fixes the issue.
Go to Settings > General > About and you should get a popup allowing you to install the new carrier profile.

This has worked for me. Settings > General > About > Network Provider now updated says "Three 64.2". Rebooted the phone and now Wi-Fi calling is back up and running. Thanks WelshPaul without your help I'd still be in limbo!

Thanks Paul. Spent an hour with Smarty help yesterday to try and resolve.
10th June 09:00 - 3UK and Apple technical teams have identified the issue with Wi-Fi Calling and are now working on a fix. Thank you for your patience, and we’ll continue to keep you updated.
17:00 - 3UK technical teams continue to with Apple to work on resolving the issue.
15:00 - 3UK technical teams are working with Apple to work on resolving the issue.
13:00 - 3UK technical teams are continuing to work on resolving the issue.
11:00 - 3UK technical teams are investigating the issue.

I noticed this on Sunday 8th June. Good to see Three and Apple are working to resolve it.
Are you saying it only affects iPhone, and is working okay on Android??

I’m going anyway. They could’ve emailed us and told us there was a problem. That’s the final straw for me. I’m gone. I have unlimited everything for £12, but sometimes Cheap isn’t the only Benefit, I need reliability and I’m prepared to pay double

MartinG_2971265 You may be missing a point here. The people who have written on this thread are not Smarty employees. When you say "I'll give you until the end of the week..." Smarty themselves will not necessarily even see that.
You also need to be aware that Smarty do not run Three, but vice versa and so they have little say. Are you also certain that other networks are not affected? Strikes me as fairly major if Apple are involved.
