why is my sim not working in Singapore
Hello, I'm currently in Singapore and I'm unable to place calls or send text. I've changed the APN and also have credit in my add on account. Any suggestions?
Go to Settings > Mobile Networks, select a network other than Smarty like O2 or EE (not 3) When you exit the menu, the phone should lose the network.
Repeat the process and select automatically this time, which should update the SMS service centre number for you in your device settings.
