Why is it?
Why is it when someone rings my mobile it goes through to voice mail instead even when it is switched on in front of me, my phone doesn’t alert me when someone is calling me like it should do?

Hello JohnLed_1369507 Have you recently ported your number to Smarty? If so, have you checked the number showing in the phone's settings? Often it stays at the original random number allocated to the sim. You need to change it so that the phone realises that it should accept calls to your number.
