Block outgoing international calls
Hello - I have my mother on my group plan, and I need to block her from being able to call international numbers. I had this facility on O2 and it saved me literally hundreds ...

hamm3rt1me That's one of the reasons why Smarty is described as a 'no-frills' network.
You cannot get a nasty surprise with the bill and also you are not in a long term contract.
Admittedly, you may not get some of the other fancy- shmancy things that the big networks offer, but as they say "yer pays yer money, yer takes yer choice!"

hamm3rt1me If there is no add-on credit on her account, she won't be able to make any such calls.
Smarty is not like O2 in that it does not offer any credit to be billed later on. You pay for a Smarty plan up front and that gives UK calls & texts plus internet as per the plan. If you want any out of plan usage, then you need to purchas add on credit to pay for it.
There should be no issue for your mother - she should get a message saying that service is not available if she dials outside the Uk.
